Jesolo SDS 2022 TECH DATA PAGE 4. SCHEDULES
General Calendar: 30 April: Varano arrives in Jesolo -Liberty scooter is delivered. 01 May: Poundup begins.12 May: All site supplies and bicycles for artists are delivered.14 May: Poundup complete and all artists arrive in Jesolo.15 May: Sculpting begins. 09:0028 May: All sculpting is complete by 18:00.29 May: Free day, or depart Jesolo.30 May: Depart Jesolo if you stayed for the free day unless you have made other arrangements in advance, to stay longer at your expense.
Daily work schedule:07:30 Breakfast in the hotel opens.09:00 Carving starts for the day -if you want to start earlier, that is OK. 13:00 -14:00 Lunch break 14:00- 18:00 Sculpting resumes and continues.18:00 Carving stops for the day. If you want to work later, That is OK. 19:30 evening meal at Villa Sorriso opens.
Other:* You are entitled to a 15-minute break in both the morning and afternoon shifts.* The crew will stay and have meals in the Hotel Villa Sorriso, a few minutes walking to and from the worksite at Piazza Brescia. Thank you for being punctual for all work times, and ALWAYS wearing your Sultans shirt as outerwear, because we are recording the daily progress on video. You are required to wear your Sultans of Sand gear and your safety shoes at all times while working. Let me know before April 01 if you need more.* Please limit the sand impact on the hotel & restaurant.* You folks are all good professionals & are conscientious and want to do good work. That's why I continue to hire you. Thank you.* Confirm your hotel pickup times for return to airport departure from the Hotel with Rich, after you arrive in Jesolo.* You won't have the opportunity to work on the free day unless it is simple tweaking, because the decorators will be very busy in the square.
