To be delivered by the morning of May 13 OR before.
  • A private, portable toilet on site is needed.
  • A well-stocked First Aid kit
  • Plenty of fresh drinking water is needed—enough water to last through the weekends.
  • Pop-up storage tent/office with a table and at least seven chairs, and electrical supply.
  • The coffee-pod coffee maker from storage.
  • Water hoses
  • Four barrels with plastic trash bag supply
  • Six Shovels
  • Several Crowbars
  • Several Wire cutters.
  • Wheelbarrows
  • Red & White tape
  • At least twelve buckets
  • At least twelve pump-up hand sprayers are needed (one for water -& one for glue for each carver) in good working order.
  • Backpack pump sprayer for applications of sealer in mass volume.
  • Six containers of Vinavyl (to start- we will use a lot though, so probably more later. I will keep Andre informed))
  • Another clean barrel for a mass volume supply of ready-made glue sealer mix with a stirring/mixing paddle and lid/top.
  • Two Pro Helpers.
  • White tent top covers for good reflective bounce-fill lighting at night and to avoid shadows on the sculptures during the day. (and also so it is not hot like a greenhouse for the carvers under it.
