By Monday , November14 OR before, the site should be prepared with all of the following items delivered:
  • Cases of drinking water BEFORE the first day of carving.
  • Electricity and a working Wi-Fi Connection.
  • A private toilet.
  • A First Aid kit
  • Drinking water before the first day of carving, By Monday, 14 November, and restocked as needed through the end of carving. .
  • Tables and 15 chairs
  • The coffee-pod coffee makers from storage.
  • Gas heaters.
  • A ready water hose source with nozzles.
  • 5 Barrels with w/plastic trash bag supply
  • Cases of drinking water BEFORE the first day of carving.
  • 14 Shovels
  • Several Crowbars
  • Several Wire cutters.
  • Wheelbarrows
  • The wood boxes and several small squares of flat pieces of wood.
  • A set of round plastic forms with clamps and one hand tamper.
  • Plenty od cases of drinking water BEFORE the first day of carving.
  • Red & White tape.
  • At least 30 buckets
  • At least 24 working pump-up hand sprayers.
  • Large rolls of thin plastic sheeting to put over the sculptures if the roof rains from constant temperature differentials if workers are leaving the doors open. (they should be instructed to keep them closed with the heat remaining on from day one of carving.)
  • Ideally, 2 dedicated Pro Helpers all day, every day, or at least one on slow days.
  • Cases of drinking water delivered BEFORE the first day of carving.
